Refund policy for medcardpr.com, operated by AZ Capital Holdings LLC. It explains how refunds are handled for our application, coordination, and referral services. In short: if you are not approved, you get 100% back.
Nature of the service
Payments made to MedCardPR cover application, coordination, and referral services. They do not purchase cannabis, medical products, or a guarantee of approval.
Full refund if you are denied
If the independent physician declines to issue a recommendation, or the Puerto Rico Department of Health denies your application, we refund 100% of what you paid. MedCardPR absorbs that loss, including the work already done on your file. You do not have to ask for it or justify it: we process the refund once the denial is confirmed.
Accidental double payment
We also refund in full any accidental double payment, verified within the same week.
When refunds do not apply
Approved applications are non-refundable. We email your permit or card the moment the Department of Health issues it, so delivery is immediate and the service is complete. Outside of a denial or an accidental double payment, submitted, reviewed, physician-coordinated, or in-process applications are non-refundable.
